Class
(2) uses are uses which are "Generally Permitted",
however public review and comment are required to assure compatibility.
This review allows the public to submit written comments on
projects, which may impact adjoining land uses and street
systems. No public hearing is held for Class (2) applications
unless it is appealed or referred to the Hearing Examiner
by the Administrative Official.
