The Yakima City Council generally meets twice a month, on the first and third
Tuesdays for business meetings. In addition, Council may meet in adjourned or special
meetings for a study session or to conduct unexpected urgent business.
Minutes of the meetings are prepared to record what happened at the meeting.
It is possible to conduct a search of the minutes if you want to find a specific
subject. To do a search, click on advanced search, type in a keyword, and indicate
if you want to search the entire City web site or limit the search to Council
minutes. Next click the GO! button. The "hits" will appear on the screen.
Clicking on the underlined works will bring up that set of minutes.
