5.42.010 Junk defined.

"Junk," as used in this chapter, means old rope, old iron, copper, tin and lead, rubber, rags, empty bottles, paper, bagging, sacks, parts of machinery, parts of stoves, scrap metals of all kinds, and such other worn out or discarded articles and materials and odds and ends as can be turned to some use; but shall not be deemed to include and mean furniture, house furnishing, goods, clothing, machinery or tools which can be used again for the purpose for which they were originally intended.
