Each separate provision of Sections 9.50.410 through 9.50.480 shall be deemed independent of all other provisions. If any provision of these sections, or any part thereof, be declared invalid, all other provisions, or parts thereof, shall remain valid and enforceable. (Ord. 2004-39 § 1 (part), 2004).
