When signs are erected in each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than two consecutive hours on streets and during time periods as follows:

1. The east side of vacated 6th Avenue (constituting the parking strip on the west side of Lions Pool) from Pine Street northerly to vacated Spruce Street, and the north side of Pine Street from 5th Avenue to vacated 6th Avenue, between the hours of seven a.m. and four p.m. on days when school is open for regular classes.
