Any person or corporation who shall violate Section 8.88.020 shall be deemed to have committed a civil infraction, and shall be a monetary penalty in an amount not to exceed fifty dollars. Each day in which any violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 93-30 § 3, 1993).
