No property owner shall be required to connect to the city’s domestic water mains, pursuant to Section 7.75.010, in the event any structures affected by this chapter are unoccupied by people and all plumbing fixtures have been removed. Plumbing fixtures shall include, but not be limited to, sinks, toilets, faucets, showers, drains, bathtubs, and water-using appliances.

No property shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter by reason that it is served by a non-contaminated well. (Ord. 3366 § 5 (part), 1991).
