A. The wastewater service charge provided for in Chapter 7.60 shall not apply to the indicated consumption of water for irrigation.

B. Consumers who have installed domestic water service exclusively for irrigation use will not be billed for the sewerage service charge provided for in Chapter 7.60 without regard to dates of commencement or termination of service, subject only to the minimum billings provided for in Section 7.68.255.
