7.68.220 Interruption of service.

The water may at any time be shut off from the city’s mains without notice, for the purpose of making repairs, extensions or any other necessary work, and persons having boilers supplied by direct pressure from the mains are cautioned against danger of explosion or collapse. The city shall not be responsible for the safety of the boilers on the premises of any water consumer, nor will the city be responsible on account of the interruption in operating any hydraulically operated appliance or cooling device.
