Chapter 6.20 ANIMAL CONTROL
6.20.050 Injury to property.
It is unlawful for any person owning or having the control of
any dog to permit the same to trespass upon private or public property so as to
damage or destroy any property or thing of value, and any such dog is declared
to be a nuisance and may be seized and impounded as provided in this chapter.
